# WHEN CAN I DOWNLOAD THE APP?

The VNYE app will be available from December 17th, 2023 to January 4th, 2024.

# WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE MOBILE APPS?

You can download the VNYE – Virtual Times Square app from the following app stores:

# CAN I PLAY THE VNYE GAME ON MY DESKTOP?

Yes. You can download a PC version of the VNYE game from the Microsoft Store through the VNYE website at https://vnye.com (opens new window) to play on your desktop. See System Requirements for minimum desktop system requirements.

# DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT BEFORE I CAN USE THE APP?

Yes. You will need to create an account to use the app.

# HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Follow these steps to create an account:

  • Open the app and click on “Sign Up”.
  • Enter your email address and a secure password.
  • Check the checkbox to confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Note that you will not be able to sign up and use the app unless you do so.
  • Check the checkbox acknowledging the use of your personal data.
  • Check the checkbox if you would like to receive the latest event updates and notifications.
  • Click on the “Sign Up” button.
  • You will return to the Login page where you can enter your email and password.

# WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE AN EMAIL TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Your email address is used to uniquely identify you. And only with your consent, will be used to communicate relevant information to you.

# HOW DO I LOG IN?

From the login page https://vnye.com (opens new window), enter your Email address and Password and then click “Log In”.

# I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

When you first log in, there is a pre-checked "Remember Password" checkbox that allows you to log on in the future without having to re-enter your password on your chosen device. Should you decide to opt-out of remembering your password and forget this password in a future log in attempt, you cannot reset it. You will need to create a new account with a new Email address.

# CAN I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

No. Your Email address is set when you first create your account and not possible to change. If you really want to change your Email address, you can create a new account with a new Email address but you will lose all activity associated with your previous account.

# CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

You can delete your account manually by making a request via the Jamestown Web Form (opens new window), or calling toll free: +1-888-914-9661 (PIN: 773 067).
